      This is a bad knife for bones. When I first used it, not only did it cut through what I was cutting, but due to slippage in my hand, when it cut through what I was cutting and went through one of my fingers to the bone! How negligent on my part. There won't be a next time. I'm going to order another one as a backup. Not much can be said about this. I believe everyone should own at least one.
