It's as I expected, except that the logistics is a bit slow. Everything else is perfect.
Very nice solid piece of full tang construction. The weight of the blade feels well balance and is light enough for fast swings. It passed the paper test so comes sharp. The handle wrap seems to have been made well enough and the sheath ain't bad either so no complaints there. All together it's a good purchase.
My dad loves it, so it looks like I made the right purchase!
